When is the best time to sell a home?

When the time suits you. Most people buy and sell in the same market so price is always relative. It’s important to sell when you are ready to do so. The process is both a financial commitment and a time commitment, you need to be ready.

Tell us something your colleagues don't know about you?

I am a Baker/Pastrycook by trade although have not worked in the industry for over 20 years. I do enjoy making our kids birthday cakes.

If you could give only one piece of advice to a first-time home buyer, what would it be?

Be comfortable with your purchase. This includes the price you pay and the location you buy in. It may be a while before you’re in the position to buy your next home so avoid regrets.

What's your favourite room in your home and why?

The kitchen is such a special place! It really does have a unique way of bringing people together, whether it's cooking a meal, sharing stories, or just enjoying each other's company. It is always stated as being the heart of the home.
