Reindeer Cake Pops

Ingredients

1 mud cake (store-bought or homemade, including the icing)
1 packet of chocolate chip melts
1 packet of candy eyes
Red M&Ms
Small pretzels
Pop sticks 

Method

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the mud cake in a large bowl. Using your hands, crumble the cake and mix it into a soft dough, including the icing.

2. With damp hands, roll the mixture into small balls. Insert a pop stick into each ball. Place the cake pops on the lined tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.

3. Place the chocolate chip melts in a heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water (ensure the base of the bowl does not touch the water). Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

4. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off. While the chocolate is still soft, insert two pretzel halves as antlers, press on two candy eyes, and add a red M&M for Rudolph's nose.

5. Place the decorated cake pops back on the tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the chocolate sets. 6. Serve and enjoy!
