Originally from a sheep and grain farm in the Northern Mallee, Todd has worked in numerous roles within the corporate environment across Victoria and the Riverina including livestock agency, banking and then progressing through to lead a large, high performing team as State Manager.
A Company Director and licensed estate agent, Todd joined McKean McGregor in 2017. Todd prides himself on building lasting relationships based on mutual trust, respect and outstanding communication.
Outside of work, Todd and his wife Aimie have three children who all like to keep active and remain heavily involved in several local sporting organisations.
A Company Director since 2007, Glenn is recognised for his auctioneering talent and his genuine, approachable personality. Glenn started his working life as a stock and station agent at the age of 17, and at 19 he commenced his auctioneering career.
Over the past 25 years, Glenn has worked in all facets of the business. He is incredibly ambitious and is constantly working on ways to grow and improve McKean McGregor. As a result, he has great enthusiasm and dedication towards developing McKean McGregor into the most respected boutique real estate agency in the Bendigo region. Glenn works very hard to ensure that you experience exceptional service each and every time you make contact.
Glenn also loves good food and coffee. You will often find him at a local cafe, or dining with his family at one of the great eateries found in Bendigo.
Bec Allen thrives on the energetic pace and stimulating challenges of assisting buyers and sellers across the Bendigo region. Fully aware that a home purchase is likely the most important investment decision a person will make, Bec puts her considerable energy into creating a stress-free and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Drew, as the son of a well-known stock and station agent, has found the industry has always been in his blood. Born and raised in Bendigo, Drew received a degree in Accounting at La Trobe University and then headed to Melbourne to work as an accountant for six years.
Deciding that you can take the boy out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the boy, Drew returned to Central Victoria to work within the livestock and real estate industry.
A fully licensed Estate Agent, Drew can provide vendors with current market trends, and potential buyers with first-hand knowledge of all our region has to offer. With a strong livestock agency background, Drew also crosses over working within the livestock division.
Michael developed a very early interest in real estate and has found his place as a highly regarded real estate agent over career. Energetic, hard working and determined, Michael has an extensive knowledge of the local area, having been born and educated in Bendigo.

Joining McKean McGregor in January of 2019, Jeremy has a background in finance, with over 10 years as a specialised commercial financier, dealing with property purchasers/investors on a regular basis.

These skills align well with the our core business values and were a natural fit for the establishment of McKean McGregor's Commercial/Industrial Property team.
Having grown up on a family farm in the Mallee, Jeremy has since lived and worked in both Bendigo and Melbourne, giving him a broad understanding of the property landscape. He also has a strong community involvement through sport as both a player and administrator.
Brock joins McKean McGregor with a strong commercial background and a unique blend of sales and marketing experience across corporate and small businesses.
Passionate about exceptional customer experiences, he is focused on helping the McKean McGregor team in building market share, brand recognition and enhancing it's reputation as the most respected and dynamic real estate and livestock agency in the region.
Born and bred in Bendigo, Brock is an active leader and participant in the local business and sporting communities and enjoys wide and trusted relationships throughout the region. Away from work, you will find Brock and his wife Belinda supporting (or coaching) their three daughters at one of their chosen sports, away in their caravan or occasionally he gets some time on the golf course.
Emily is a Bendigo local who grew up and attended school in the Central Victoria region. She has spent a substantial amount of time travelling and living overseas, where she has gained a lot of practical experience and knowledge which helps her understand what makes for a great client experience with MM.
With over 8 years experience within real estate, Emily has been a great addition to the McKean McGregor team. She is responsible for all things marketing, whilst also being an assistant to four sales agents.
When she's not working, she loves travelling, spending time with her family, hiking with her dog or sewing and learning the piano.
Born and raised in Bendigo, Kate has an extensive extended family living in the Central Victorian region and across rural Victoria giving her a vast knowledge of the Bendigo region and surrounds.
Having worked in Real Estate since 2016, Kate is excited to combine her passion for helping clients achieve great outcomes with working closely with the McKean McGregor team to build the property management division.
An avid netballer for Sandhurst Football Netball Club, Kate has played in 5 premierships and has also coached Sandhurst junior netball in recent years. She is known in the sporting community for her drive, competitiveness and quirks which are great assets for her role in the team at McKean McGregor.
Amber grew up in Bendigo however spent much of her childhood travelling around Australia's outback with her parents and older brother.
Amber has worked within Real Estate for much of her working career, with a background in Property Management, which has given her extensive experience and knowledge to utilise in the day to day operations at McKean McGregor.
Amber now supports Bec Allen as a client services consultant where she enjoys the challenges and fast pace of the industry and ever-changing tasks.

Since starting her real estate journey as an assistant property manager, Tabitha quickly thrived and progressed her way to a Department Manager. With over ten years experience in the industry, Brooke started her career in Real Estate in Docklands and in her most recent role managed a team of over twenty staff with a large rental and sales portfolio. Charlotte is a Bendigo local who loves to call this beautiful city home. She has spent the last few years working in retail and hospitality roles while playing netball for Inglewood and soccer for Eaglehawk.
Although new to property management, Charlotte enjoys working closely with Tabitha and is broadening her industry knowledge and is already providing outstanding client service.

A Company Director, Alex Collins began his agency career with McKean McGregor in 2011. A 6th generation Bridgewater lad raised on a mixed farming enterprise, livestock is in his blood.
Under the early tutelage of the Rea’s, Kevin and Glenn along with Kevin and Peter Gallagher, Alex had a great grounding and has progressed to become one of Central and Northern Victoria’s leading livestock marketers.
With an approach built on old-fashioned service and relationships coupled with the use of modern technology to deliver clients best outcomes, Alex prides himself on his ability to source large numbers of store stock as a value add proposition for clients, and has worked hard to foster strong relationships Australia wide to increase these opportunities his existing and future clients.
Zeb Broadbent commenced in the agency industry in 2011. The early part of his career was in Gippsland before returning home to Central Victoria, where his strong work ethic has made him a pivotal part of the McKean McGregor team.
With a keen eye for stock, Zeb quickly developed into a highly astute livestock professional. An outstanding auctioneer, Zeb has twice won the Victorian Young Auctioneers Competition.
Zeb is currently the coach of the Natte Bealiba Football team, continuing his distinguished career during which he has been a multiple Best and Fairest winner along with Loddon Valley Football League Best and Fairest in 2016.
Zeb is a passionate trainer of working dogs and recently has enjoyed some yard dog trialling success.
Raised on a mixed farming enterprise in Northern Victoria, Kevin has been involved in the livestock and property sector for 5 decades. Kevin has held various roles from Branch and Regional Manager to Livestock and Senior Director and has operated in several livestock centres, mainly in Bendigo.
Kevin is an industry stalwart and has been in many industry roles at board level and is a tremendous asset to McKean McGregor, both for our valued clients and other staff members.
Outside of work Kevin loves spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, fishing or playing golf.
Alexander Pollock commenced with McKean McGregor in January of 2015.
After completing a building apprenticeship, it was a strong desire to return to Alexander's agricultural roots to work with livestock that has seen him quickly develop into an accomplished agent.
Alexander grew up on an irrigation farm with an element of intensive lamb feeding. The knowledge gained from this as well as his ever-increasing knowledge of animal health gives him a great ability to add value to clients livestock operations. Alexander has a real passion for sourcing alternative marketing options for clients stock including ever-increasing forward pricing contracts.
Alexander is also an accomplished footballer and former Australian water skiing representative.
Will Lowe joined the McKean McGregor team in July 2016 at the completion of VCE.
Raised on a sheep farm at Naneella, east of Rochester, Will's knowledge of sheep in all facets certainly belies his age.
Will has an exceptional work ethic and this coupled with his strong natural eye for livestock makes him a great asset for the developing young team at McKean McGregor. His passion for wool and breeding sees him add great value to clients sheep operations.
A keen sportsman, Will enjoys playing football over Winter and cricket in the Summer months.
Will Holt joined the McKean McGregor livestock team in January 2019, having completed his VCE in 2017 and then working on their family farm in 2018.
Will hails from a dryland sheep and cropping farm in Wedderburn, where he has enjoyed helping out at every opportunity since a young age.
Will developed a passion for the livestock industry throughout his early days helping on the farm and started gaining work experience under our team in the saleyards during his late school years. Will has continued to follow his passion to work with farmers and help build his livestock knowledge to move into the livestock agency career now.
Outside of work and farming, Will now plays local football with the Sandhurst Football Club having played all of his junior football with Wedderburn.
Janelle joined McKean McGregor in August 2016 as office manager, running the day to day administration side of the business.
She has a diverse background and qualifications in finance, accounting, human resource management and training management. This has been greatly beneficial in assisting and supporting the growth of all aspects of the business, both now and into the future.
Originally hailing from the Mallee, Janelle has a great empathy for the agricultural industry and a particularly strong rapport with McKean McGregor’s farming clients.
Chris joined McKean McGregor in March 2019 to assist in managing the livestock administration side of the Business. She has a diverse background and experience in Bookkeeping, Small Business Management, Administration and Customer Service.
Originally from the Melbourne suburbs, Chris spent most of her childhood growing up on the family’s farm on weekends and school holiday times, then moved to Gippsland to raise her own family. Chris moved to Bendigo in 2009 and worked in motel management, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.
Raised on an irrigation farm east of Rochester, Jamison formed a passion for agriculture from a young age and spent her first year after VCE working in the shearing industry.
In July 2019 she joined the team at McKean McGregor where her in depth knowledge of livestock has seen Jamison transition easily into the business, providing invaluable support to the team.
Outside of work, Jamison is kept busy with her Accounting and Bookkeeping studies, spending time with her family and friends and her involvement in the Leitchville Gunbower FC where she is a keen and seasoned netballer.
